Physique Magnifique Personal Fitness Training Studio in Pacifica is a one-on-one, semiprivate,

and small group training studio designed specifically for exclusivity. Our trainers are owners

and longtime trainers of Physique Magnfique in South San Francisco

with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, are well known in the health

and fitness field and hold nationalbodybuilding and figure championship titles.

 

What makes Physique Magnifique unique is the personal training system that it provides for its clients.

After body and health analysis is complete, your personal trainer provides a consultation of a complete report of

findings and creates a proper and customized training program that helps you achieve your goals and that is agreeable

with your schedule, lifestyles and habits. As part of our service, we can also help you to implement a healthier

eating habit that you will be able to stick to for life.

 

Our current clientele range from 7 to 80 years of age. Some have no athletic background and work

out with us to increase their stamina and strength, to lose body fat, to prevent heart disease, and the like,

while others are competitive athletes who work out to gain an edge in their particular sport.

We also offer sports therapy training as well as treatment for those with repetitive stress injuries.

 

We firmly believe that results come from enjoying the form of exercise that you choose and

then sticking to it. Therefore, we are offering a wide variety of exercises to select from.

 

 

Myofascial Release Technique :

Myofascial release refers to the manual massage technique for stretching the fascia and releasing bonds
between fascia and muscles and bones, with the goal of eliminating the body. The fascia is manipulated, directly or indirectly,
allowing the connective tissue fibers to reorganize themselves into a more flexible, functional fashion.

Fascia is located between the skin and the underlying structure of the muscle and bone, it is a seamless web of connective tissue that
recovers and connects the muscles, organs, and skeletal structures in our body. Muscle and fascia are united forming the myofascia
system. Injuries, stress, inflammation, trauma, and poor posture can cause restriction to fascia. Since fascia is an
interconnected web, the restriction or tightness to fascia at a place, with time can spread to other places in the body
like a pull in a sweater. The goal of myofascial release is to release fascia restriction and restore its tissue health.

Bootcamp Fitness:

A great overall cardio and muscle endurance program that includes a variety of calisthenics

and plyometric movements using your own body weight

Semiprivate Sessions:

$40 per person per session when bought in packages of 10
