A basic but intensive exercise class for over all cardio endurance
for men and women.

This class is a prerequisite to the more advanced boxing classes offered at Physique Magnifique, and is designed to introduce students to the basic fundamentals and principles of boxing.
Classes will include shadow-boxing techniques, heavy bag, speed bag, and double-end bag training, as well as general cardio fitness and stretching.
