Getting into shape for a special occasion, or just to get into this summer's bikinis, can be achieved in our personal fitness training programs. However, when you are battling the bulge from the babies, you need extra special help!

Futaba, being a Mom of two children, has documented her physical experience as her body changed throughout her pregnancies and afterward. She understands what the female body goes through to provide for the life created. And, those changes have special needs to return to a state of fitness well-being.


Each woman is different and it is best for you to come in and have an assessment session with Futaba, so you may CO-create a program that will get the results your particular body needs. This program of exercise may also help with post pregnancy depression.
